Everyday activities you take for granted – such as bathing, eating, or dressing – may be too difficult for your aging parent or disabled family member. To help your loved one live an independent life at home, Hope and Freedom Home Care, LLC provides in-home personal care.

Personal care services include assisting the client with light cleaning, cooking, running errands, and doing laundry, as well as assisting clients with bathing, showering, grooming, and other personal hygiene tasks. They also engage clients in activities like reading, talking, and playing games.

Personal care services include assisting the client with daily tasks, including:

• Eating or Feeding
• Grooming: Hair Care, Shaving, Cleaning Teeth/Dentures, Cosmetic Makeup, Dressing, etc.
• Hygiene: Tub, Bed or Sponge Bath, Shower, Toilet Activities, etc.
• Medication Reminders
• Mobilization: Turning, Lifts and Transfers, Exercising, Walking, etc.

Medication reminders are one of the important services Hope and Freedom Home Care, LLC can provide to our clients. Our caregivers can assist in medication management by tracking medication times and reminding clients to take their medications on schedule, reporting side effects of these medications to family members and/or appropriate medical personnel. Our caregivers can conduct a complete inventory of medications upon the start of service, and they will update as needed to the appropriate person.
